All Chapters whomeet the following requirements within 1 scouting year from January 1st toNovember 31st. The reward will be a Plaque and a discount on your ticket forWinter Banquet. Requirements 1. Chapter Volunteers to host one of the following annual events. Expo, Spring Ordeal, SummerOrdeal, Fall Fellowship, LLTS, or WinterBanquet. 2. Have at least 10% of registered active Arrowmen from your chapter at everyOA event. 3. Have at least 2 members from your chapter participate in a ceremonies team. 4. Have at least 30% of Ordeal members from the Previous year obtainbrotherhood membership within 10 months. 5. Have a Chapter Representative present at all LodgeMeetings . 6, Have 1 person from your chapter be a trainer at LLTS in his desired area. 7. Have at least 5 arrowmen from your Chapter at 2 of the scheduled WorkWeekends. 8 Have at least 50% of Troop Order of the Arrow Representatives presentat all District Round Tables and Chapter Meetings. 9. By December, have an updated mailing list of all active O.A. members ineach unit, including youth and adult. 10. Chapter has at least 1 Chapter event or outing, not includingchapter meetings, that is not a Lodge event. |
