February 23,2005 Attending the Meeting we had 8 youth representing4 Chapters( AK, Eluwak, Netapolis, and Machtagen). Nest we Approved the Minutesfrom January 26,2005 1st Eluwak and 2nd by Netapolis. Then we talked about unitelection and received a progress report from each chapter. Next we made final decisionsabout the council NYLT. Talked about expo at discussed the jobs that eachchapter will be in charge of. We voted to have tent camping available forthe Scouts 1st Netapolis and 2nd by Eluwak. Then we discussed the serviceproject for conclave, we are having donations accepted for schools. Then we decidedhow many people we would need to full fill the spam committee responsibilities.Then we decided that since we wouldn't have enough people to charter a bus theLEC decided to have each chapter in charge of their own transportation. DavidHerzog gave his ordeal reports. The next service weekend will be March 19. Set adeadline for elections April 15th 1st Netapolis 2nd by Eluwak. Justin Loudermilkgave the report from the report to state. Last Dustin gave a report fromthe COC from the previous weekend. THe Nest LEC will be held on March 23,2005.
