March 23,2005 At the March LEC we had 7 youth representing 4chapters. First we approved the minutes from the Febuary LEC 1st Eluwak and 2ndby AK. Next we discuss Conclave and assigned jobs to fulfill our responsibilities.Voted yes on T-shirts for conclave 1st Eluwak 2nd Machtagen. Then we weresuppose to discuss Expo, but there was no one present from the committee to makea report. Dustin berry told us the information he had received from josh but nofull report was given. The Next Service Weekend will be April 19 at Camp DavyCrockett. The Next Eager Beaver will be Handed out at Conclave. The NYLT reportwas given by Dustin Berry and Doug Godbee. Everything went smooth and the coarsewas excellent. Next we motion to close the meeting 1st Machtagen 2nd by Eluwak. |
